We'll come out and complete a thorough inspection, inside and out, top and bottom, to check for signs of any active (or previously active) termites, carpenter ants, carpenter bees, and reinfesting wood boring beetles.

Step 4

After completing the inspection we will prepare a detailed report of our findings, any recommendations for treatment, state any other pertinent notes or limitations faced during the inspection.

Step 5

Within 48-hours of completing the inspection, you will receive an organized, structured and detailed digital report outlining our findings as stated above. In the report you will also receive a HUD approved Form NPMA-33, which is needed by VA lenders to certify completion of an approved inspection.
